We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Camp Boss to join our team in the facilities management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our camp facilities in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Camp Boss will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and well-maintained functioning of the camp, including accommodation and other facilities for our employees.Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the camp facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality at all times.
- Manage and supervise the camp staff, including accommodation and catering teams, to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of camp facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards within the camp facilities.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including food, beverages, and other necessary items, to meet the needs of the camp residents.
- Develop and implement camp policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Handle administrative tasks related to camp operations, including record-keeping, reporting, and budget management.
- Provide support and assistance to camp residents and guests, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.Salary:
AED 2,800 to 3,200 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
