Job Summary:
The Forex Team Leader will oversee a team of traders, analysts, and support staff, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional performance. This role demands a strategic thinker with robust knowledge of the Forex market, strong leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Forex traders and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Trading Strategy: Develop and implement effective trading strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, analyze trading results, and provide feedback and coaching to optimize trading strategies.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the Forex market.
• Risk Management: Implement and oversee risk management protocols to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Client Relations: Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, providing expert advice and support to meet their trading needs.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance, trading outcomes, and market conditions for senior management.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMT) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Forex trading, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Forex markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in risk management and compliance practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Technology: Proficient in using trading software, market analysis tools, and MS Office Suite.

Pay: AED 4,000+ per month
