Job Description

We are looking for a someone to join with our Call Centre Sales team, to provide outstanding service and support in placing all-female domestic workers for our clients in the UAE. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to facilitate successful placements while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.The Skills:

Offer a professional, well-presented, and energetic service in person, over the phone or online
Highly motivated individual with expert sales and persuasion skills.
Deliver a high level of customer service, displaying excellent language skills in English written and oral CEFR Level B2 or above IELTS 6 or above.
Ensure that a high level of quality standard and attention to detail is applied throughout.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the sale is completed and customer satisfaction is met throughout the transaction.
Display exceptional product and service knowledge, taking pride in the company you always work for and our product and service.
Work within clearly outlined KPIs and targets.
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new customers.

The Qualifications:

Bachelors degree holder (Administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce)
Experienced in sales environment
Experienced in Administration software- CRM and Microsoft Office (Minimum 2 years)
