Job Title: Call Centre Representative

As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide excellent service. This is a great opportunity to develop your communication skills, work with a supportive team, and make a positive impact on our customers' experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and effectively
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet or exceed performance goals, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and response times
• Follow company procedures for escalation of complex issues
• Ensure customer issues are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service quality
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with customer service software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
