• Customer Service skills within Quality Standards
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Experience:
• At least 1-2 years' experience as Real Estate Call Center Agent in UAE Real Estate Market
• Able to maintain customer confidentiality
• preferably in a medium to large organization or in real estate industry.
• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Researching required information using available resources.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
• Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.
• Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
