:xe2x97x8f Answering and relaying calls from patients and customers and addressing their needs appropriately.
xe2x97x8f Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments as per each patient's convenience
xe2x97x8f Ensuring customer satisfaction and following up on resolving patients' complaints.
xe2x97x8f Reporting to superiors about the customer reviews/feedback received.
xe2x97x8f Being up to date about the prices, offers and doctors available at the clinics.
xe2x97x8f Providing clear and correct information to the customers according to requirement.
xe2x97x8f Communicating the availability of alternate doctors, procedures, and facilities in various clinics.
xe2x97x8f Responding to website chats and meeting the needs of online customers.
xe2x97x8f Managing communication with customers via social media platforms like Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram.
xe2x97x8f Making follow up calls/sending emails to prospective customers to update them on the newly joined doctors & latest promotions.
xe2x97x8f Simplifying interfacility communication in relation to the availability of doctors and services.
xe2x97x8f Recording and recognizing the trend of calls to duly inform the management.
xe2x97x8f Preparing reports as required by superiors.
xe2x97x8f Handling calls efficiently without impeding quality of service.
