Debt Collection:
Initiate outbound calls to discuss overdue payments and convince them to make the necessary payments towards their overdue payments.
Negotiation & Settlement:
Negotiate settlements for closure of liability
Offer solutions and adjustments to assist customers in resolving their debts while meeting collection objectives.
Record Management:
Log every contact attempt, including details of the conversation and outcomes.
Remove settled debts and deceased individuals from records in accordance with company policies.
Update customer records when debts are satisfied or agreements are reached.
Customer Interaction:
Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to their accounts and payment status.
Skills
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in collections roles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional approach.
Proficiency in using basic office applications (e.g., MS Office).
Knowledge of collections processes and relevant regulations is advantageous.
