The Call Center Agent will play a key role in driving sales and building relationships with potential and existing clients within the aesthetic industry. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in telesales and a deep understanding of aesthetic treatments, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Lead Management:
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the aesthetic industry through cold calling, follow-up, and lead nurturing.
Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients, including clinics, beauty professionals, and healthcare providers, to introduce and sell aesthetic products and services.
Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track all sales activities using CRM software.
Product Knowledge & Consultative Selling:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatments, products, and services to effectively sell and promote the company's offerings.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their business objectives and customer demands.
Provide detailed product information and respond to client queries regarding pricing, services, and terms.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and personalized attention.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and resolve them promptly.
Target Achievement & Reporting:
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and sales outcomes to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in telesales, preferably within the aesthetic, beauty, or healthcare industry.
Experience selling beauty products, skincare treatments, medical devices, or aesthetic equipment is highly desirable.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers over the phone.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Knowledge of the aesthetic industry, including key products and services, is a major advantage.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
