Responsibilities:A Medical Insurance Call Center Executive handles customer inquiries related to policy coverage, claim status, pre-authorization requests, and network providers.They assist policyholders, healthcare providers, and brokers by providing accurate information on benefits, exclusions, co-pays, and deductibles.They verify patient eligibility, policy validity, and required documentation for claim processing and reimbursement.Executives coordinate with internal departments to expedite approvals, resolve claim disputes, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.They address escalations related to claim denials, pre-authorization rejections, and policy interpretations, providing clear justifications and resolutions.They maintain detailed records of customer interactions, update system databases, and ensure timely follow-ups for pending cases.Handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.Required Skills:Good communication skillsStrong customer service abilities to handle inquiries and complaints1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare industryStrong verbal and written communication in English.Active listening and ability to explain insurance policies clearly.Professional telephone etiquette and ability to handle difficult customers.
