Job description
The Call Center Agent will play a key role in driving sales and building relationships with potential and existing clients within the aesthetic industry. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in telesales and a deep understanding of aesthetic treatments, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Lead Management:
• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the aesthetic industry through cold calling, follow-up, and lead nurturing.
• Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients, including clinics, beauty professionals, and healthcare providers, to introduce and sell aesthetic products and services.
• Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track all sales activities using CRM software.
• Product Knowledge & Consultative Selling:
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatments, products, and services to effectively sell and promote the company's offerings.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their business objectives and customer demands.
• Provide detailed product information and respond to client queries regarding pricing, services, and terms.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and personalized attention.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and resolve them promptly.
• Target Achievement & Reporting:
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
• Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and sales outcomes to the Sales Manager.
• Requirements:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in telesales, preferably within the aesthetic, beauty, or healthcare industry.
• Experience selling beauty products, skincare treatments, medical devices, or aesthetic equipment is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers over the phone.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of the aesthetic industry, including key products and services, is a major advantage.
• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
