As a Call Centre Agent , you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide outstanding customer service, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about our services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet performance targets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
