To provide excellent customer care service by providing a prompt, efficient and courteous service to callers.
As a liaison between Russos and its current and potential customers, keeping customer satisfaction to maximum.
Answer courteously inbound calls.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Enter new customer information into the system.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Manage and handles customer complaints properly.
Take and process orders.
Gathers customers feedback on a daily basis.
Monitor and track all orders are delivered on time.
Obtaining complete and accurate information from the customers.
Provides precise product information to customers.
Make each call an opportunity to upsell Russos food.
Document call logs and complaints.
Provide utmost professional customer care service.
Fulfils request by clarifying desired information, completing transaction and forwarding requests.
Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell products.
Check emails and process advance delivery orders.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/Certificate from a recognised school or Institution
Additional Information
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs.
Proficient in English.
Experience Requirements:
Previous experience of 1-2 years in a customer support role.
