About PSI Abu Dhabi:

PSI is a leading provider of customer service and sales solutions in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking motivated Call Center Sales Agents to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service. Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and sales goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred). Previous experience in a call center or sales role. Strong communication skills (English & Arabic preferred). Proven ability to meet sales targets and upsell products. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
