Job Description

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handle calls professionally, assisting customers with inquiries and concerns.
Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information.

Documentation: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards, meet performance metrics, and KPIs.

Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments for efficient issue resolution.

Adaptability: Adapt to changes in products, services, and procedures.

Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Customer Satisfaction: Strive for high customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage.( min 1 year Experience)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills. ( English & Hindi)
• Proficient in customer service software and computer systems.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Empathy and a customer-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
