We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing property information, qualifying leads, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inquiries: Answer incoming calls from potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, providing accurate information about available properties, pricing, and services.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and assess customer needs, qualify potential leads, and forward them to the sales or leasing team.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-up calls with leads, schedule property viewings, and ensure clients receive timely updates.
- Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Customer Support: Address customer concerns, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, maintain client records, and update property listings in the CRM system.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property availability, and pricing to provide clients with the best information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, leasing, and marketing teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or real estate industry is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
Customer Service: Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and deliver excellent service.
Sales-Oriented: A proactive approach to lead generation and conversion.
Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and the ability to handle objections effectively.
