JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated and personable Call Center Representative to join our team at Creative Arts Dental and Aesthetic. The representative will be responsible for managing outbound calls, answering client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Support: Handle outbound calls, providing accurate information on services offered by both the dental and derma aesthetic department.
Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns in a calm, professional manner, escalating complex issues to supervisors when required.
Appointment Scheduling and Data Entry: Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients, ensuring availability and accurate timing. Accurately input client information appointment details, and any necessary notes.
Cross-functional Communication: Communicate effectively with certain doctors and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Previous experience (1-3 years) in a call center, healthcare, or customer service role is preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in call center, dental, derma aesthetics is a plus.
Language: Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Ability to multi-task and handle high call volumes.
Working Conditions: This position may require flexible hours, preferably in the US time zone.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
