Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
Schedule and manage salon appointments using our booking system.
Provide information about salon services, promotions, and pricing.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with clients to confirm bookings and remind them of upcoming appointments.
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Languages Required
