Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. Proficiency in Arabic is a must. The Call Center Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, booking appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients in both Arabic and English in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about the clinic's services, treatments, and products.
• Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Appointment Scheduling:
• Schedule and manage client appointments using the clinic's booking system.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with clients regarding their upcoming treatments.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and availability.
Client Records Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the clinic's database.
• Ensure all client information is handled confidentially and in accordance with privacy regulations.
Promotional Activities:
• Inform clients about current promotions, new services, and special offers.
• Upsell services and products during client interactions to drive sales.
Complaint Resolution:
• Handle client complaints and issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
• Follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution and client satisfaction.
General Administrative Support:
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and reporting.
• Support clinic staff with client coordination and communication.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a call center executive or in a similar customer service role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using call center software, booking systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional and friendly demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
