SUMMARY
The duty of a Customer Service Officer is to be the clinic's primary point of contact. Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer inquiries via phone or email.
Direct customers to online resources
Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
Develop a rapport with customers
Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of medical terminology, office procedures and regulations
Knowledge of MS Office and databases
Strong IT and organizational skills
