Responsibilities:

• Do the outbound customer calls to get inquiries and close the deals.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Update customer records.
• Meet performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma; college degree is a plus.
• Experience in a call center or Tele sales role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes.
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.
• Problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Call Centre or Tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)
