Job Overview:
As a Arabic Speaking Call Center Agent , you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our diverse clientele. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Arabic will ensure that customers receive accurate information, resolve their queries, and experience seamless banking interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in both English and Arabic , addressing their banking inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide information about a wide range of banking products and services, including account inquiries, transactions, loans, and more.
- Offer personalized solutions to meet customers' financial needs, making suitable product recommendations and cross-selling opportunities.
- Update customer records accurately and efficiently within our CRM system.
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines to ensure the security of customer information and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors for timely resolution.
- Strive to achieve individual and team targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Continuously update your knowledge of banking products, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
- Strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Familiarity with banking products, services, and procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to handle confidential information and adhere to data security protocols.
- Proficient computer skills, including navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
