Job Title: Clinic Call Center Representative

Job Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming patient calls and assist with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general information about our services.

- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on patient care, and conduct patient satisfaction surveys.

- Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, physicians, and insurance coverage.

- Resolve patient complaints and escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.

- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service.

- Update patient records and verify insurance information as needed.

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.

- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.

- Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and MS-Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with medical terminology and understanding of healthcare operations.

- Previous experience with appointment scheduling software.

- Bilingual skills in additional languages commonly spoken in the community.
