Call Center Agents

to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide exceptional service. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy problem-solving, this is the job for you!

Handle incoming/outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or technical issues.
Provide accurate product/service information and solutions.
Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Meet performance metrics (call handling time, quality, etc.).
Stay updated on company products, policies, and promotions.

Requirements:

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? High school diploma (college degree preferred but not required).
? Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
? Ability to handle stress and remain professional under pressure.
? Flexible with shifts (night shifts/weekends may be required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
