Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in the call center database.
Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Stay up-to-date with company policies, services, and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a call center agent or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Good multitasking and organizational skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
