Call Center Agent (lady)
Job Description
We are urgently seeking a Female Call Center Agent with experience in the spa or salon industry to join our team in the UAE. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a strong background in spa/salon services.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients regarding spa/salon services, appointments, and general queries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, offering suitable services, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments using our CRM system.
• Coordinate with salon/spa staff to schedule appointments and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in promoting salon/spa services and packages to potential clients over the phone.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or Customer Service Representative in the spa or salon industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional phone manner.
• Strong knowledge of spa/salon services, treatments, and products.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language Arabic is a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
