Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding: Engage potential clients, understand their needs, and provide comprehensive information about our gaming website. Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate and pitch new offers, promotions, and packages to potential clients. Process Explanation: Clearly elucidate the registration, payment, and usage process to clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Client Support: Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally. Maintain Records: Document all client interactions, feedback, and sales data in the CRM system. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay Informed: Stay updated with the latest features, offers, and changes on the gaming website to provide accurate information to clients. Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and retention. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in telesales, call centre or telemarketing preferably in the gaming or online entertainment sector. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Telegu, Gujrathi, and Marathi is essential. Proficiency in Hindi is a must. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all specified languages. Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
