Call Center Agent (English/Arabic)
We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent (English/Arabic) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle calls, chats, and emails professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails in Arabic and English.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution.
Escalate necessary cases to the appropriate teams.
Work in rotational shifts as part of our 24/7 operations.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Minimum 1 year of call center experience (preferably in lead generation).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a shift-based environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates with own transportation (car) are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
