Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team at MATH Financial Group . The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to existing and potential clients, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring high-quality service is provided in every interaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales orientation, and an ability to build rapport with clients in the mortgage industry.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential clients over the phone.
• Assess clients' financial situations and provide guidance on suitable of products.
• Understand and explain the financial products to clients.
• ensuring excellent customer service.
• maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the system.
Requirements:
• Experience 1 years in the UAE in the smaller roles or Experience from home country.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge to handle applications and records.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
