We are currently seeking a Female Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
• Handling warm leads
• Monitoring lead quality and meeting conversion targets
• Conducting phone negotiations with clients, identifying their needs, and presenting company services
• Maintaining detailed reports and analyzing lead management efficiency
• Participating in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer service, offering innovative ideas
• Accurately log call details and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed sales and service targets.
• Gather customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and clear speech
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with CRM system (Bitrix preferable)
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• High motivation, results-oriented, and willingness to take responsibility
