We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken Outbound Call Center Agent with excellent communication skills to be responsible for soliciting sales and managing client inquiries over the telephone.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong command of the Arabic & English language!
• Preferred 2+ years of work experience as a call center Agent.
• Capable of working under stress and targets- This is part of our JOB !
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills!
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Initiating sales and conversion with potential and difficult clients over the phone.
• Building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications from scratch.
• Lead Generation, Tele Sales, Customer Service relations.
• Meeting sales targets.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly
• Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
