Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
  • Record and update customer information in the database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
