Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our customer service team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Arabic-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls in Arabic, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
• Meet or exceed quality and productivity goals.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (native or near-native proficiency).
• Proficient in English to communicate effectively with colleagues and access training materials.
• Previous experience in a customer service role or call center environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
