Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent - Arabic Speaker to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with product information, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly, patient approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers. Assist customers with troubleshooting, product or service usage, and processing transactions. Manage and document customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping. Follow up with customers on unresolved issues to ensure a positive resolution. Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments as needed. Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions to offer informed guidance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
