Job Duties:
• Receive customer orders over the phone or Whatsapp and enter it in the system.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information, solutions, or assistance.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues to the appropriate team if necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to deliver informed support.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
