We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 24/7 monitoring staff. As a monitoring staff, you will be responsible for monitoring alarm systems, dispatching emergencies when necessary, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
• 1 - 2 years as Call Center Agent.
• Work in Shifts ( Our duty is 24/7, 8 hour shift ).
Responsibilities :
• Monitor security and alarm systems.
• Dispatch emergency when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Document incidents and communicate with clients.
Requirements :
• Diploma or equivalent.
• More education or experience may be preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
• Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
• Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
• Ability to ask questions and diffuse tense situations.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability and accountability.
• Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
• Flexible availability.
