Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated
Call Center Agents
(Junior Position) to join our team. This role is open to females only, in alignment with our diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with problem resolution and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
Gender: Female (as per company policy)
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
