Calibration Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a Calibration engineer who have experienced in Survey equipment calibration.
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Sales/Service Quotation preparation and further follow-ups
Receive sales inquiries and process orders in an accurate manner
• Cross-sell company products and services as required
• Enter and update all enquired customer information in the database
• Handle customer complaints gracefully to retain customer satisfaction
• Maintain the records of enquiry calls, sales and note down the useful information
• Follow-up the queried customers and identify the status of enquiry. Emphasize the features of products to highlight and lead them into a sale.
• Maintain daily lead generation and conversion ratio.
• To meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
• Prepare monthly sales, rental, and service reports.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Beingat the front line of an organization, where to interact directly with potential customers
