Responsible for designing and making the CPU cakes with high quality standards consistent to the GICC requirement that will increase the cake units per day per store.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Cake Production * Design and start the cake preparation
Build, Frost & Decorate all cakes with high quality & consistency standards
Complete the entire cake manufacturing process and make it ready for dispatch
Brand Standards and Food safety * To adhere uniform policy in the production area and all the brand standards followed by the company
Ensure the CPU is maintained in accordance with the RETAIL FOOD SAFETY SYSTEM/HACCP standards.
