We are seeking a talented and creative Cake Designer to join our team. As a Cake Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning and delicious cakes that visually impress and satisfy our customers. From birthdays to weddings, you will have the opportunity to design and craft unique cake creations that leave a lasting impression.Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their cake design requirements and preferences
Create cake designs that align with client specifications, taking into consideration theme, color scheme, and overall style
Utilize a range of decorating techniques, such as piping, sculpting, and fondant work, to bring cake designs to life
Prepare and bake cake layers and fillings according to recipes and customer preferences
Decorate cakes with icing, frosting, and various decorative elements, ensuring precision and attention to detail
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cake design
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and maintaining cake decorating tools and equipment

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cake Designer or similar role
Strong artistic and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent knowledge of various decorating techniques and tools
Proficient in cake baking and decorating techniques
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
