Position: Cake Decorator Al Sahraa Recruitment Services is currently seeking a talented and experienced Cake Decorator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious cakes for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design and decorate cakes according to client specifications and preferences - Prepare and bake cake bases and fillings - Create and apply various types of icing and frosting - Use a variety of tools and techniques to create decorative elements, such as flowers, figures, and patterns - Ensure that all cakes are completed on time and meet quality standards - Maintain a clean and organized work station - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide suggestions and recommendations - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve skills and offerings - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Requirements: - Proven experience as a Cake Decorator or similar role - Knowledge of different types of cakes, icings, and decorations - Strong creativity and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Good communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or baking certification is a plus.
