We are hiring a skilled CAFM Operator with hands-on experience in soft services projects to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting the smooth operation of soft services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain the CAFM system to track and manage soft services, including cleaning, pest control, and waste management.
• Ensure data accuracy within the CAFM system, updating records for maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory.
• Generate and analyze reports to improve efficiency and support decision-making.
• Coordinate with soft services teams to prioritize and dispatch work orders.
• Assist in monitoring service delivery standards and address any discrepancies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CAFM Operator, preferably within soft services projects.
• Proficiency in CAFM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external service providers.
• Knowledge of facilities management operations, especially in soft services, is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
