• Welcome and greet all guests as per our brand standard.
• Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage menu items and assist the guest by suggestive selling and up selling.
• Make sure that you practice sequence of service as per our brand standard all times.
• Make sure you follow the daily duty schedule assigned by cafe manager/shift leader.
• Make sure your personal grooming is as per our brand standards.
• Ensure prompt pre-bussing and bussing as and when required.
• Re-set all the tables within 3 minutes after the guest has left.
• See off all the guest as per our brand standards.
• Make sure your side stations are well stock with all necessary supplies, cleaning materials etc.
• Make sure you have enough glass ware, ceramic ware and silver ware, properly cleaned and polished.
• Practice all hygiene, health and food safety standards / measures throughout the operation.
• Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests.
• Get guest feedback after each course is served to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Incase of any guest complaints, inform your immediate supervisor to help you out and to resolve to guest satisfaction professionally.
• Make sure all opening and closing duties are done as per cafe manager/ shift leader assigned task.
• Participate actively in all training activities carried out in the outlet.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
