• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner as they arrive at the cafe.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring orders are correct and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist with seating arrangements and managing customer flow during peak hours.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide menu recommendations, and address any complaints or issues professionally.
• Process payments and provide correct change or card transactions.
• Assist in setting up the cafe for opening and closing duties, including clearing tables and preparing for the next service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
