Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs. Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to established standards. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to meet financial targets. Track sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs and optimizing productivity. Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with management to develop and implement promotional campaigns, special events, and marketing initiatives to attract customers and drive sales. Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative duties such as payroll processing, record-keeping, and reporting as required.
