Essential Job Duties of this Position
Skills Sets (Preferred):
? Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
? Exceptional food health and safety standards
? Ability to multitask across different departments (ie. cleaning, food prep, etc)
? Exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly attitude accompanying every order
? Ability to deal with a high rate of orders in a calm and efficient manner
? Customer care is offered confidently with authentic relationships being built with the customer
? Payments are taken successfully, accurately & with care
? Ensure the center is cleaned on a daily basis including mopping
Daily Duties:
? Welcome all visitors according to our Customer Service standards; check temperatures of the clients entering the space as and when required
? Ensure customers feel welcomed, comfortable and supported in the space
? Familiarize yourself with the online system (Mindbody) to log payments/discounts into the system
? Using the POS machine to take payments and report back to the reception team when required
? Fulfilling client orders whilst communicating with the rest of the team on a regular basis to
ensure the client journey is satisfactory
? Keeping on top of planning and organizing to forecast when pre-prepping food and drink orders will be required for expected busy periods ie.workshops, events, retreats
? Ensure that excellent health and safety standards are provided to our clients during their services; checking with them what they require and how you can assist
? Ensuring the space is kept clean and tidy during busy periods; assisting with setting up and tidying up the outdoor cafe and seated space so it is appealing for clients
? Be knowledgeable about products, services, programs and pricing or know who to direct clients questions in case any customers approaches you with questions for which you do not know the answer
? Assisting with the recommendation and creation of promotions, deals and discounts
? Proactively offering suggestions and ideas on how to improve customer service and offerings to
encourage repeat business
? Asking clients for feedback when possible and making a note of any suggestions to feedback to
center supervisors
? Report to the Center Manger any maintenance issues that you may come
across with the center interior and/or cleaning equipment
? Ensuring all products required are in stock and keeping check on inventory.
? Report any issues regarding staff, communication, client feedback per our procedures
? Follows and upholds Staff Handbook and all other guidelines including but not limited to:
Customer Service Guidelines, Dress Code Guidelines, Core Values, etc.
? Any other tasks required to help company meet its goals as requested by the center founders or
line manager

Working Hours:
? 6 Days a Week on a rotational shift pattern (8 hours \+ half hour break)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000\.00 - AED2,200\.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
• receptionist: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
• English (Preferred)
