Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the cafe runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the cafe industry, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage cafe staff; conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
• Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation and storage.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses to ensure profitability.
• Customer Service: Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere; address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; implement cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing initiatives to promote the cafe and attract new customers.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in point-of-sale systems and basic financial management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cafe Experiance not less than 2 years in Gulf Countries
