Looking for a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, managing a team of staff, and ensuring the highest quality of service and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
• Optimize workflows to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
• Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for all customers.
• Address customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
• Financial Management:
• Monitor daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and manage budgets.
• Analyze financial reports and identify areas for cost reduction and profit improvement.
• Marketing and Promotions:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Organize and promote special events, offers, and promotions.
• Manage social media accounts and online presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Barista training and experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
