What You'll Do:

Create Outstanding Customer Experiences: Ensure every customer leaves happy and satisfied.

Lead a Dynamic Team: Manage a fast-paced, fun hospitality environment.

Recruit and Train: Select applicants, conduct trials, hire staff, and manage weekly rosters.

Engage with Customers: Build relationships while working collaboratively with your team.

Prepare Delicious Acai Bowls and Smoothies: Showcase your culinary skills.

Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee food preparation, stock, and service.

Manage Inventory: Conduct counts, order supplies, and keep track of stock.

Handle Cashier Duties: Take responsibility for major cashier operations.

What You Need to Know:
