Café Manager
Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager for Sale and expansion to join our dynamic team.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the restaurant industry.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Skills: Strong forecasting for new opening and communication with relevant authority.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase revenue.
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Implement and monitor cost control measures to maintain budgetary goals.
Lead and motivate staff, ensuring a positive work atmosphere.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
