Required Professional Requirements:

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture or Engineering
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in drafting is a must
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 5 years of work experience in the design and construction industry
\xe2\x97\x8f Self-reliance and strong skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup is a plus
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to read and translate blueprints and technical drawings, and have basic knowledge of MEP
\xe2\x97\x8f Basic understanding of building design and mechanical processes
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
\xe2\x97\x8f Service-oriented and efficient working manner
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Works closely with other designers/drafters and engineers to ensure a coordinated design
\xe2\x97\x8f Applies standard design principles and theories to complete assignments
\xe2\x97\x8f Inputting design specifications into the CAD software, creating surface and solid CAD models according to client specifications
\xe2\x97\x8f Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensures compliance with required design safety factors and tolerances
\xe2\x97\x8f Reads and understands 2D and 3D designs and supplier/manufacturer drawings
\xe2\x97\x8f Makes required changes, additions, and/or revisions as directed by the designer
\xe2\x97\x8f Conducting final model, rendering and delivering the final product, and completing job reports
\xe2\x97\x8f Document control

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
